Face massage — manual lifting, no injections

A full session is an hour of hands-on work: myofascial, lymphatic drainage and buccal techniques, gua sha and honey reinforcement. It ends with a modelling seaweed mask and a rejuvenating serum.

formats

Four formats

From a half-hour express session to two hours across face and body — choose by the time you have and what you need.

Full session

60 min

Manual lifting in full: myofascial, lymphatic drainage and buccal massage, honey reinforcement, gua sha and Spanish techniques.

It finishes with a modelling seaweed mask and a rejuvenating serum. On request we add an alginate mask: it boosts the modelling mask, calms the face after the massage and locks the result in.

Express session

30 min

A short programme for when time is tight: we take down puffiness and tension and bring the freshness back. It works well as upkeep between full sessions.

Face and back

90 min

An hour on the face and half an hour on the back with the neck and shoulders. A logical pair: a tight neck almost always shows up in the line of the jaw.

Face and body

120 min

A full face session plus a full-body massage. Two hours after which everything is relaxed — the face and all the rest of you.

For the best result

Combine a face massage with a back or body massage — the effect then holds noticeably longer. The recommended course of manual face lifting is 5 sessions every other day.

techniques

What happens during that hour

Manual lifting is not stroking cream into the skin. I work with what actually holds the face up: muscles, fascia and lymph flow. The swelling drains, the muscles in spasm let go, and the jawline lifts by itself.

I combine the techniques to suit your face rather than following one fixed protocol, and I build the intensity gradually — exactly as in the work with the body.

You can see the difference after the very first session, but the more consistently you go through the course, the longer the result stays.

01

Lymphatic drainage

We start with the flow: taking down puffiness and stagnation. The face already looks more defined before the main work begins.

02

Myofascial techniques

Work with the fascia and the muscles — the layer that drags the face downwards. This is where tone and symmetry come back.

03

Buccal massage

Working the chewing muscles from inside and outside at once. The deepest part of the session: it releases the jaw and lifts the cheekbones.

04

Mask and serum

A modelling seaweed mask and a rejuvenating serum set the result. An alginate mask can go on top if you want.

who it is for

When it is worth coming in

  • The jawline has softened and jowls are starting to show
  • Morning puffiness and bags under the eyes
  • A clenched jaw, a habit of grinding your teeth, bruxism
  • Nasolabial folds and creases have become more visible
  • A dull complexion and a generally tired look
  • You want a result without injections and without downtime

questions

Face massage — common questions

It is work on the chewing muscles from both sides at once — from inside the mouth and from the outside, with gloves. It gives the most visible effect on the cheekbones and the jawline, because it releases muscles you simply cannot reach from the outside.

The recommended course of manual face lifting is 5 sessions every other day. You will see a difference after the first one, but the result holds longer the more completely you go through the course. After that, upkeep sessions are enough.

No. The intensity builds gradually. The buccal part can feel tender if the chewing muscles are badly clenched — but that sensation fades as the work goes on.

Myofascial, lymphatic drainage and buccal massage, honey reinforcement, gua sha and Spanish techniques. At the end — a modelling seaweed mask and a rejuvenating serum, plus an alginate mask if you would like one.

Yes. Afterwards the skin looks rested; there are no marks and no recovery period. It is better not to put makeup on for a couple of hours so the mask and serum can finish their work.

Yes. Face massage is not done with acute inflammation or breakouts on the skin, active herpes, damaged skin, fever and acute infections, or oncology. With caution after injectable procedures and device-based cosmetology: keep the pause your cosmetologist gave you. Do tell me in advance about any recent procedures on your face.
