A full-body massage, 60–90 minutes. I choose the techniques individually for your case and build the intensity up gradually.
Duration: 60–90 minutes
The length of a session depends on your individual needs. For thorough work on the whole body, 90 minutes is the better choice.
If you prefer 60 minutes, we can focus on the problem areas or do a relaxing full-body massage, depending on what you need.
In every session I use a combination of techniques, chosen individually for your case. That includes gentle manual and osteopathic work.
The intensity builds up gradually. At the start of the session I use vibration massage and hot stones to relax the muscles and prepare them for deeper work.
Because the intensity grows step by step, there is usually no pain, though it is possible when working trigger points.
The price depends only on the length of the session — the techniques inside it can be combined.
On weekdays from 12:00 to 17:00 — a reduced price on every type of massage.
From your 5th session — 10% off, from your 10th — 20%. The 10% discount holds with an interval of up to 30 days, the 20% — up to one week.
A full-body massage runs 60 or 90 minutes; a back massage with the neck-and-shoulder area runs 30 or 45 minutes. We match the session length to your body and what you need that day.
For thorough work on the whole body 90 minutes is the better choice. In 60 minutes we either focus on problem areas or do a relaxing full-body session — whichever you prefer.
In this session we work on the back, and also on the neck-and-shoulder area and the head. It suits people who sit a lot and work at a computer.
Intensity builds up gradually, so usually there is no pain. Mild sensitivity is possible when working trigger points — just say so and I will adjust the pressure.

Yes. Massage is not allowed with acute infections and fever, cancer, serious heart and vascular disease, bleeding, purulent processes and open wounds, or active tuberculosis. With caution and after consulting a doctor — during pregnancy, with varicose veins, a flare-up of chronic illness, or hypertension. Avoid it when unwell, with a cold, or after alcohol.
If you have any further questions or wishes, don't hesitate to write — we'll find a convenient time and the right session length.
