A combined session: manual, cupping and honey massage together. We work the problem areas — belly, sides and thighs. The load builds gradually and sessions run 2-3 days apart.
Anti-cellulite massage works when the techniques run together: each does its own part of the job, and on its own each is weaker.
Deep work on the problem areas with elements of fitness massage: we clear stagnation, break up the dense spots and bring tone back to the tissue.
The vacuum boosts blood flow and lymphatic drainage where the tissue barely moves. Gua sha adds drainage and work along the contour.
The honey technique draws out stagnation and feeds the skin. It also takes away fatigue and muscle tension in the area being worked.
I recommend combining anti-cellulite massage with a classic one. The classic massage covers the whole body, including the back and the neck-and-shoulder area, while the anti-cellulite work focuses on the problem areas — belly, sides and thighs. The session then runs 30 minutes longer.
The load builds gradually. The first sessions are shorter — one hour; after that we move to an hour and a half. That gives skin and vessels time to adapt, so there are neither bruises nor unnecessary soreness.
Sessions run 2-3 days apart: the tissue needs time to recover. Coming more often makes no sense — it will not speed the result up.
A visible difference shows after just a few sessions, but it settles in over a course. How many sessions exactly we will decide from the state of your skin and what you want to achieve.
One hour. We introduce the body to the load, work more gently and watch how the skin and vessels respond.
An hour and a half. The full programme: manual, cupping and honey in one session, at a higher intensity.
The tissue needs to recover between sessions. That gap is part of the method, not a pause in it.
Once the course is done, occasional maintenance sessions are enough to hold the result.
The price depends only on the length of the session: express is 30 minutes, first sessions an hour, later ones an hour and a half, and two hours together with a classic massage.
On weekdays from 12:00 to 17:00 — a reduced price on every type of massage.
From your 5th session — 10% off, from your 10th — 20%. The 10% discount holds with an interval of up to 30 days, the 20% — up to one week.
The course is put together individually. Sessions run 2-3 days apart and a visible difference shows after just a few. We will settle the exact number from the state of your skin and what you want to achieve.
With the right technique, no. That is exactly why the first sessions are shorter and gentler: the body has to get used to the load. If your skin tends to react with broken vessels, tell me in advance and I will ease off the vacuum.
You feel it, but it stays bearable. I do not go to full intensity from the first session — the load grows time after time. Tell me if the discomfort crosses your line and I will adjust.
Anti-cellulite work focuses on the problem areas — belly, sides and thighs — and goes deeper, with vacuum and honey techniques. A classic massage covers the whole body, including the back and the neck-and-shoulder area. The two combine easily: the session then runs 30 minutes longer.
Thirty minutes on the problem areas only. It works as upkeep between full sessions, or for when time is really short.
Yes, and more of them than for a classic massage. It is not done over varicose veins in the treated area, with thrombophlebitis, a tendency to bleeding, damaged skin, acute infections and fever, oncology, or during pregnancy. With caution in case of couperose and superficial vessels. Do tell me in advance about chronic conditions and about any blood-thinning medication.
If you have any further questions or wishes, don't hesitate to write — we'll find a convenient time and the right session length.
