A 30-45 minute session for people who sit a lot and work at a computer. We work the back, the neck-and-shoulder area and the head.
Duration: 30–45 minutes
In this session we work on the back, and also on the neck-and-shoulder area and the head.
In every session I use a combination of techniques, chosen individually for your case. That includes gentle manual and osteopathic work.
The intensity builds up gradually. We begin with vibration massage and hot stones to relax the muscles and prepare them for deeper work.
Because the pressure grows step by step, there is usually no pain — though it is possible when working trigger points.
The price depends only on the length of the session — it is the same across every kind of massage.
On weekdays from 12:00 to 17:00 — a reduced price on every type of massage.
From your 5th session — 10% off, from your 10th — 20%. The 10% discount holds with an interval of up to 30 days, the 20% — up to one week.
Thirty or forty-five minutes. We pick the length to suit you: 45 minutes leaves more room to go through the whole area calmly, including the neck and the head.

A back massage is a short 30-45 minute session focused on the back, neck and head. A full-body massage takes 60-90 minutes and covers the whole body.
Yes. Massage is not done with acute infections and fever, oncology, serious heart and vascular disease, bleeding, purulent processes and open wounds, or active tuberculosis. With caution and after talking to your doctor — during pregnancy, with varicose veins, a flare-up of a chronic condition, or hypertension. Do tell me in advance about spinal injuries and hernias.
If you have any further questions or wishes, don't hesitate to write — we'll find a convenient time and the right session length.
